If no studios are available you are welcome to put your name on a waiting list. You will be notified if there are artists who wish to share studios or when full studios become available.
* Studio Lease is held by one artist who pays monthly rent.
* $10.00 is added to studio rent for each additional artist.
* Artist holding the lease is responsible for collecting shared rent from additional artists subletting studio space.
